1. Definitions

• "The Store" or "We": Refers to Najmeh Sweets.
• "Customer" or "You": Refers to any person using the website or making a purchase.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account (name, date of birth, email address).
• The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share them with any third party.
• Najmeh Sweets reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account suspected of illegal activity or violation of the terms

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices displayed include sales tax.
• Orders are confirmed upon completion of online payment, or selection of cash on delivery (for local sales only)
• The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors or product unavailability. Any paid amount will be refunded, if applicable.

4. International Shipping Policy

• Displayed prices do not include shipping costs.
• We offer international shipping through Aramex, and the customer is fully responsible for all shipping charges.
• The customer is also responsible for any additional local charges in the destination country, such as:
  • Customs duties
  • Tariffs
  • Local storage fees
  • Any other related charges

- We guarantee that products are shipped new and free from defects.
- Najmeh Sweets is not responsible for any damage or issues resulting from shipping or customs inspections. Customers must submit a formal claim to the relevant authorities.

5. Local Delivery Policy

Inside Amman:

• Orders are delivered within one hour of order confirmation.
• During peak times (such as holidays or seasons), delivery may take 2–3 hours.

Outside Amman (Other Governorates):

• Orders are delivered the next day after confirmation.
• Please note that the following items are not available for delivery outside Amman:
  • All types of Knafeh
  • Fresh daily sweets
  • Cakes

6. Cancellation and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (fresh sweets), we do not accept returns or exchanges after order delivery, except in the following cases:

• Product arrives damaged or unsuitable for consumption.
• Incorrect product delivered.

In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide supporting photos and evidenceFor paid orders that are canceled, the refund process will follow the policies of the respective bank and card issuer.

7. Intellectual Property

• All images, logos, designs, and recipes associated with Najmeh Sweets are copyright protected and may not be used or republished without official permission.

8. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Your data is only used for order fulfillment and service improvement.
• Your information will not be shared with any third party without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms

• Najmeh Sweets reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Customers will be notified of any updates via the website or email.
